Proposals SESSION must include:
- Session abstract (maximum 350 words), listing the proposed work and the session coordinator;
- abstracts of each article (200-350 words);
- One-page CV for each session coordinator and collaborators;
- Template for SESSIONS attached;
- Sessions must consist of a set of up to 4 presentations, lasting up to 60 minutes. Proposing a commentator instead of the fourth presenter is also possible
Proposed sessions must contain the author’s name and email address, affiliation, a short descriptive title, and a concise thesis statement.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to relocate work to different themes and add articles to sessions. We also encourage the proposal of round tables and other “non-traditional” as well as experimental session formats. Whatever the format of the session, organizers and chairs are expected to allow sufficient time for general discussion between presenters and the audience.
Proposals INDIVIDUAL PAPER must include:

Abstracts should include the author’s name and email address, affiliation, a short descriptive title, a concise statement of the thesis, a brief discussion of the sources, and a summary of the major conclusions.If you are submitting a paper proposal dealing with a particular subtheme, please indicate this in your proposal.
When preparing your work, remember that presentations last 15 minutes and 5 minutes for questions and answers
Proposals POSTER must include:
- Abstracts (200-350 palavras);

- Template for POSTER attached;
- Poster Size: A0; Width x Height (mm): 841 x 1189 mm | Width x Height (in): 33.1 x 46.8 in
Abstracts should include the author’s name and email address, a short descriptive title, a concise statement of the thesis, a brief discussion of the sources, and a summary of the major conclusions. Please, indicate one of the specified sub-themes for your poster.
Poster Flash Talk Presentations
Flash Talk Posters should be SHORT presentations. All poster presenters are asked to prepare and present a Flash Talk Poster in front of the auditorium. During the plenary sessions, authors will have the opportunity to show three slides focusing on the main objective of your research and the main conclusions in no more than 2 minutesThe objective of Flash Talk is to encourage the public to view the posters and discuss the research with the authors during all breaks of the congress, a time to socialize the posters in the exhibition area, where the posters are displayed.
The three best posters will be awarded prizes
